Francis
Francis has been coaching under 10,12 and 14 boys since 2014. He completed high school in 2013 and immediately took the responsibilities of being a peer educator of the Malalo Sports Foundation (MSF) in Northern Zambia. He plays recreational football with a local club called Sundown FC. Francis has coached and encouraged youths to avoid drug and alcohol abuse using sport for social change. His hard work has also helped to re-integrate some children who have dropped out of school. The Michael Johnson Young Leaders programme will help him to further his ambition of improving his community.
